Your Horsham is the Business Improvement District for Horsham town centre. We bring businesses together to support our town centre, coordinate initiatives and town-wide activities that enhance and support shape Horsham as a thriving and vibrant market town. Since becoming operational in April 2024, we have focused on practical delivery, visible activity and building stronger connections between businesses, local authority bodies and the wider town centre.

What we’ve been working on
Over our first two years, Your Horsham has focused on practical delivery, business engagement, and visible town centre activities. These include:
- Two festive season celebrations, with our second-year Christmas Launch Party attracting nearly 12,000 visitors to the town centre
- 11 subsidised training courses to support business skills, resilience, and staff development
- Establishing a team of Welcome Ambassadors to support businesses and visitors to the town centre
- Running trails and events designed to increase footfall and dwell time, and highlight Horsham’s diverse retail, hospitality and service sectors
- Hosting networking events to bring businesses together and encourage collaboration across sectors
- Facilitating and supporting business engagement with Horsham District Council on proposed development works for The Bishopric, Worthing Road and Carfax, ensuring businesses were informed and able to have their say
- Working with local authorities and local stakeholders on practical town centre issues, including waste reduction, an updated wayfinding initiative and environmental improvements
- Held our first AGM, presenting an overview of financial management, outlining our mission and vision for the coming years, and providing an opportunity for the Board to respond to questions from attending businesses
